ThiHa Soe Oo(aka Steve) is a senior at Nakornpayap international school, joined since grade 9. Coming from the land of the golden pagoda, he is a Myanmar national who is fluent in both English and Burmese. He also has a twin brother in the same grade named “James”. Both of them are the pride of NIS swim team and has been on the team since the day they joined the school. Steve is also the founder of NIS engineering club and is the vice executive lead of NIS TEDx.  Sure, he might not have been at the school long compared to some other students, but his activities sure match some of those who had been here longer than he has.

Joining media studies class in his senior year, he volunteered to built the new news website for the class, thus, getting the website manager role. He is a part of the live streaming team and is also responsible for reporting on  both “Beyond NIS” and “Clubs/ASA” beats. He is passionate about science and technology, and his ultimate dream goal is to be an Engineer in the future.
