After two successful weeks of the donation of rice and noodles, the ALIVE Club started launching the third week of the campaign, Sauce week, on March 10. Students from different grades continue to participate by donating items such as soy sauce, cooking sauce, and other basic seasonings that are essential for preparing meals. All donated food must have at least a shelf life of six months. After the 4 week event ends, those with the most donation grade will win a prize – such as grade points, and even pizza parties!
The team organized all the donation items under Mr.Paul’s guidance, with every Wednesday, the club members come together planning the events and sharing ideas. There are different groups divided in the club, including media group, financial group, and event planning group. Every member needs to fulfill their own responsibilities to make the event successful. However, ALIVE club leadership has mentioned that, at first the club planned to visit the orphanage immediately after the donation event, but due to the Songkran break and the schedule changed of the orphanage, the visit had to be postponed to May. Some of the donated food will easily be spoiled, so that the clubs need to send the items to the orphanage in advance, which is a challenge that the club needs to face.
At this point, the club has already received sauces from different grades:

The event is still continuing, ALIVE club also wish more students be involved in this activity. They appreciated all the donations and the support from students, parents, and teachers. The Alive club has made the small kindness from us bigger and bigger, big enough to help people in poverty. The team cooperation also proves the small effort can bring a meaningful change.
