On May 26, NIS welcomed a distinguished delegation from Chiang Mai University for a productive meeting with the College Counseling Team and an interview with student reporter Ruby. The visit provided valuable insights into university admissions, academic programs, and future opportunities available to NIS students.

The CMU delegation included representatives from the Office of Educational Quality Development, the Registration Office, and the Faculty of Engineering. Among the visitors were Assistant Professor Dr. Weenun Bundithya, Director of the Office of Educational Quality Development; Associate Professor Dr. Piyaluk Buddhawongsa, Deputy Director of the Registration Office; and Assistant Professor Dr. Faifan Tantakitti from the Faculty of Engineering, along with several university officers.

During the discussion, CMU representatives highlighted popular programs among international students, including Engineering, Business, Digital Innovation, Environmental Science, Sustainability, and Nursing Science. They also shared guidance on admissions requirements, international study opportunities, career pathways, and the growing demand for graduates in technology and cybersecurity-related fields.

The visit strengthened the partnership between NIS and Chiang Mai University while providing students with a clearer understanding of the diverse academic and career opportunities available at one of Thailand’s leading universities. NIS extends its sincere appreciation to the CMU representatives for their time, expertise, and commitment to supporting future student success.
